Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to attend exercise classes three times a week for six months with at least 66% attendance
  • Ability to attend standard dietitian and behavioral health classes concurrently for six months
  • Presence of joint pain in the knee, ankle, or hip
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Pregnant
  • Prisoners
