Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to attend exercise classes three times a week for six months with at least 66% attendance
- Ability to attend standard dietitian and behavioral health classes concurrently for six months
- Presence of joint pain in the knee, ankle, or hip
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant
- Prisoners
