Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of low-risk endometrial cancer, endometrioid type, grade 1 or 2, FIGO 2009 stage IA (FIGO 2023 stages IA1 and IA2)
- No substantial or extensive lymphovascular space invasion (less than 5 vessels involved) at final pathology; patients with focal lymphovascular space invasion included
- Complete surgical staging including pelvic sentinel lymph node biopsy per NCCN guidelines and ultrastaging
- Presence of isolated tumor cells in sentinel lymph nodes (tumor cell aggregates 0.2 mm or smaller or fewer than 200 cells)
- No adjuvant treatment after surgery
- Provided research consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Prior neoadjuvant chemotherapy
- Planning to receive adjuvant treatment after surgery
- Presence of synchronous cancer other than non-melanoma skin cancer
- Presence of micrometastasis (>0.2 mm to ≤2.0 mm) or macrometastasis (>2.0 mm) in sentinel lymph nodes
- Presence of substantial or extensive lymphovascular space invasion (5 or more vessels involved) at final pathology
- Prior invasive cancer diagnosis within 5 years before study entry, excluding non-melanoma skin cancer
