Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age 30 to 60 years.
  • Female breast cancer patients who underwent simple total mastectomy.
  • No chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment received.
  • Access to a smartphone.
  • Access to the internet.
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Previous history of breast or any other cancer.
  • Females with metastatic breast cancer.
  • Chronic conditions that worsen with physical exercise.
  • Contraindications limiting physical activity.
  • Shoulder radiculopathy or fracture.
