- Female breast cancer patients who underwent simple total mastectomy.
- No chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment received.
- Access to a smartphone.
- Access to the internet.
You will not qualify if you...
- Previous history of breast or any other cancer.
- Females with metastatic breast cancer.
- Chronic conditions that worsen with physical exercise.
- Contraindications limiting physical activity.
- Shoulder radiculopathy or fracture.
