Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients aged from 0 to 35 years old diagnosed with cancer such as leukemia, myeloproliferative or myelodysplastic diseases, lymphoma, bone tumors, neurological neoplasms, sarcoma, or pediatric bone marrow transplant patients
  • Patients with illnesses or treatments causing irreversible fertility damage, including extensive abdominal surgery or high toxicity medications
  • Patients with hormone-sensitive cancers undergoing treatments like radiotherapy or chemotherapy that may harm ovarian function
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Patients without planned oncologic therapies
  • Patients who are pregnant
  • Children with only one ovary
  • Children at high risk for complications from surgery
  • Patients unable to give consent or assent due to psychiatric problems or cognitive delay
