Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Locally advanced cervical cancer (Stage IIIB-IVA) unsuitable for full radical pelvic radiotherapy or chemoradiation due to large fixed disease, fistulous communication >2x2 cm, or poor kidney function
- Moderate to severe pain with a numerical rating score of 4 or higher
- Anticipated survival less than 12 months
- Patients with Stage IVB local disease extent but unable to receive systemic chemotherapy due to kidney issues or poor tolerance
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of distant metastasis requiring systemic therapy
- Presence of retroviral disease
- Non-compliance with follow-up
- Expected survival less than 3 months
