Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Signed informed consent
  • Male or female aged 70 years or older
  • Currently hospitalized at the study site
  • Nutrition Risk Screening 2002 (NRS-2002) score of 3 or higher
  • Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) of 30 mL/min/1.73 m2 or higher within the last 6 months
  • Able to eat by mouth
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Acute cardiovascular event within the past 2 days
  • Terminal illness
  • Diagnosed with pancreatic exocrine insufficiency and receiving pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy
  • Planned transplant or new dialysis treatment within the next 6 months
  • History of colectomy, small intestine resection, or gallbladder removal
  • Known allergy to any components of the oral nutritional supplements or pancrelipase
