Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Infants (male or female) between 0 and 6 months old
  • Infants with early brain injury including hydrocephalus, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, periventricular leukomalacia, intraventricular hemorrhage, or stroke
  • Healthy infants with no history of early brain injury
  • Infants without known brain injury but with preterm birth before 32 weeks gestation and significant medical problems, difficulty eating, or lack of head control at 4 months or later classified as moderate risk

  • Infants older than 6 months at initial enrollment
