Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Suspected brain tumors requiring surgical removal as standard care
- Eligible for tumor resection as determined by the surgeon
- Planned standard of care surgery
- Age between 6 months and 25 years
- Life expectancy greater than 12 weeks
You will not qualify if you...
- Received investigational drug within 30 days before Panitumumab-IRDye800 dose
- History of heart attack, stroke, uncontrolled heart failure, significant liver disease, or unstable angina within 6 months
- History of infusion reactions to monoclonal antibody therapies
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- QTc prolongation on ECG beyond specified limits for age and sex
- Low magnesium, potassium, or calcium lab values below normal limits
- Serum creatinine above 1.5 times the upper reference range
- Lab values preventing surgical resection as judged by the surgeon
- Use of certain antiarrhythmic drugs (Class IA or III)
- History or evidence of interstitial pneumonitis or pulmonary fibrosis
- Not suitable candidates for optimal tumor resection due to tumor location or other factors
