papillary reconstruction will be done by three techniques : injection of hyaluronic acid in the base of the papilla and booster doses can be required , injection of ALB-PRF which resorbs slowly and so longer effect the last technique is minimal invasive surgery which is a modification of beagle's technique

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 20 to 50 years
- Class 1 or 2 interdental papilla loss according to Nordland & Tarnow classification
- Adequate attached gingiva of at least 3 mm
- Stage 1 or 2 periodontitis
You will not qualify if you...
- Current smoker
- Chronic systemic diseases
- Use of certain drugs
- High frenum attachment
- Presence of diastema
- Pregnancy or lactation
- Stage 3 or 4 periodontitis
- Noncompliance with oral hygiene measures
