The main goal is to demonstrate the feasibility of PMT procedures over five months, with careful monitoring of treatment progress and outcomes throughout the study period. Up to 18 families will be enrolled, with 12 expected to complete the study.

Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Clinically significant irritability with a Clinician Affective Reactivity Index score of 30 or greater
- Parent or guardian willing to participate in treatment with the child
- Child aged between 10 and 14 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Psychiatric instability, including danger to self or others, or risky substance abuse
- Current active Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or severe active stressor such as child abuse
- History of severe psychiatric disorders with established alternate treatments, including autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or intellectual disability
- General medical conditions that may cause irritability or affect physiological measures
- Screen positive for intellectual disability with estimated IQ below 70 on WASI II
