Researchers are studying adult patients undergoing primary structural rhinoplasty using septal extension grafts (SEG) to improve nasal tip support and achieve stable, long-lasting results. This observational study aims to evaluate patient satisfaction and nasal function over time by collecting patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) alongside clinical findings. It focuses on understanding how postoperative outcomes relate to patient perspectives in this surgical approach. The study involves adult patients treated with a standardized surgical method performed by the same surgical team, with additional techniques used based on individual anatomy. Patients will be assessed before surgery and during follow-up visits at about 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery. The study records postoperative complications and any revision surgeries occurring within six months to provide a comprehensive view of outcomes. Participants will complete validated questionnaires such as the Standardized Cosmesis and Health Nasal Outcomes Survey (SCHNOS), Rhinoplasty Outcome Evaluation (ROE), and Nasal Obstruction Symptom Evaluation (NOSE) at each visit. Clinical examinations will document postoperative status and complications. Data quality is maintained through standardized forms and consistency checks, with follow-up aimed at capturing both patient-reported outcomes and clinical results over six months.
