You may qualify if you...

  • Self-reported race/ethnicity as African American, African, Caribbean or black
  • Ages 60 to 85 years
  • Accessible by phone
  • Diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)
  • Consent to participate, including permission to release medical data
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Progressive illnesses expected to cause disability or death within 1 year
  • Impaired cognitive or functional ability that prevents participation
  • Planning to move within the next year
  • Having a family member currently enrolled in the study
