Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Self-reported race/ethnicity as African American, African, Caribbean or black
- Ages 60 to 85 years
- Accessible by phone
- Diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)
- Consent to participate, including permission to release medical data
You will not qualify if you...
- Progressive illnesses expected to cause disability or death within 1 year
- Impaired cognitive or functional ability that prevents participation
- Planning to move within the next year
- Having a family member currently enrolled in the study
