Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age > 18 years
- Histologically confirmed diagnosis of one of the following: (I) Triple Negative Breast Cancer (Stage IV untreated metastatic or Stage I-III with residual mass after chemotherapy), (II) Stage IV colorectal cancer treated with 1 or fewer metastatic systemic therapies undergoing liver surgery or biopsy, (III) advanced High Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer (recurrent with at least 12 months life expectancy or Stage III/IV with residual disease), or (IV) other solid tumors at investigator discretion
- Disease able to be biopsied or surgically removed for tissue collection
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 or 1
- Ability and willingness to provide signed informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Significant liver, kidney, heart, or other organ dysfunction that limits trial participation
- Known brain metastasis
- Conditions impairing ability to provide informed consent such as dementia or severe cognitive impairment
- Any contraindication to biopsy procedure
