Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Access to a smart phone
- Age between 18 and 65 years
- Clinically significant anxiety or trauma-related symptoms
- Alcohol use problems
- Interest in telehealth counseling
- Planning to live in New Jersey or New York during the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently receiving counseling
- Taking psychiatric medication not at a stable dose or expected to change during the study
- Showing signs needing more intensive or urgent care
- Temporary or out-of-state residence not in New Jersey or New York during the study
