This is a phase 3, open-label, randomized, multinational study to evaluate the anti-tumor efficacy of golidocitinib versus investigator's choice in adult patients with relapsed/refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (r/r PTCL). Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Participants must sign the informed consent form and follow the study requirements
- Age 18 years or older
- ECOG performance status of 0 to 2 and expected to live at least 12 weeks
- Histologically confirmed peripheral T-cell lymphoma of specific subtypes as per WHO classification
- Disease has progressed, is refractory, or intolerant to at least one prior standard systemic therapy
- Adequate bone marrow and organ function
- Willingness to follow contraceptive requirements
You will not qualify if you...
- Previous or current treatments that are prohibited by the study protocol
- Unresolved drug-related adverse events greater than grade 2
- Lymphoma involving the central nervous system
- Severe heart or lung problems
- Conditions requiring immunosuppressants, biologics, or NSAIDs
- Active infections
- Any other cancer within the last five years
- Poorly controlled gastrointestinal disorders or problems absorbing medication
- Severe or poorly controlled systemic diseases
