What this Trial Is About
Up to 40 evaluable women with known or suspected epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer will participate in two different imaging cohorts. The Biodistribution cohort will include up to 4 patients and the Dynamic cohort will include up to 36 patients. Human dosimetry will be calculated from the Biodistribution cohort. The Dynamic cohort date will evaluate preliminary information on uptake of \[18F\]FTT in gynecological cancer and compare with PARP-1 activity in tissue.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older
- History of known or suspected epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer, including primary or recurrent cancer
- At least one lesion 1.0 cm or larger visible on standard imaging such as CT, MRI, ultrasound, or FDG PET/CT
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant or breastfeeding females at the time of screening
- Inability to tolerate imaging procedures as determined by a physician
- Any medical condition or illness that could compromise safety or study participation as assessed by a physician
