Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Histologically or cytologically confirmed locally advanced unresectable or metastatic adenocarcinoma
- Age 18 years or older
- Adequate kidney function
- Adequate liver function
- Adequate blood cell counts
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 or 1
You will not qualify if you...
- Clinically significant heart disease
- Known uncontrolled central nervous system metastasis
- Active or history of autoimmune disease
- History of severe allergic reactions (Grade 3 or higher) to monoclonal antibody therapy or allergies to study agents
- Incomplete recovery from major surgery or serious injury before first treatment dose
- Known HIV infection, active hepatitis B, or hepatitis C
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
