Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 55-85 years, male or female
- Global Deterioration Scale (GDS) score of 2-3, indicating subjective or mild objective memory impairment
- No diagnosis of dementia according to established criteria
- Ability to read Korean
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe medical conditions within the past 6 months, such as serious cerebrovascular disease, cardiac disease, or cancer (stable cases may be considered)
- Dementia, Parkinson's disease, cerebral infarction, or other diseases linked to cognitive decline
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure (≥160/100 mmHg after rest)
- Poor blood sugar control in diabetic patients (fasting glucose ≥160 mg/dL)
- Uncontrolled thyroid disease under treatment
- Kidney impairment with serum creatinine ≥2 times the normal limit
- Liver impairment with AST or ALT ≥2 times the normal limit
- Severe gastrointestinal symptoms like heartburn or indigestion
- Use of certain cognitive-affecting medications or supplements in the past month
- Participation in other drug clinical trials within the past month or planned during this study
- Alcohol abuse
- Known allergies to components of the study product
- Any other condition deemed unsuitable by the investigator
