They will swish approximately one teaspoon (5 mL) of the oil in their mouth for at least five minutes daily after brushing, then spit it out without rinsing. This routine will be maintained daily for 12 weeks. Throughout the study, participants will attend three dental visits at baseline, six weeks, and 12 weeks. During these visits, dental health will be assessed using measurements such as plaque index, gingival index, and pocket depth. Oral samples will be collected and analyzed in a laboratory to further evaluate outcomes. Additional assessments include intraoral photos and MyPerioPath® testing. These procedures align with standard dental exams and will help researchers monitor changes in dental health over the study period.

Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Plaque index of at least 1
- Gingival index of at least 1
- Pocket depth no greater than 5 mm
- Able to understand and write English
- Willing to voluntarily consent and understand the study's nature, purpose, risks, and side effects
- Maintain current dental hygiene routine
- Bleeding on probing
You will not qualify if you...
- Current daily use of products containing nutrients or herbs in PerioPull™
- Known allergies to any substances in the study product
- Current daily tobacco smoker
- Pregnant, lactating, or planning pregnancy within 12 weeks
- Active oral infection such as herpes or candida
- Antibiotic use within the past 3 months
- Recent periodontal therapy within the last 6 months
