Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Be an undergraduate or graduate student, including preparatory classes
- Experience difficulties related to uncertainty
- Be between 18 and 29 years old
- Have sufficient proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Turkish
You will not qualify if you...
- Be 29 years of age or older
- Have schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders
- Have alcohol or substance use disorders
- Experience severe depression symptoms that require additional intervention
- Have cognitive impairment
