Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients who have started CRYSVITA treatment in line with the approved Korean label
- Patients or their legal guardians who have provided written consent to participate in the study
- For pediatric patients, legal guardians must provide consent and explain the survey appropriately to the child
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients for whom Burosumab (CRYSVITA) is contraindicated according to the local label
- Patients using CRYSVITA for purposes other than those approved
- Patients who participated in pre-market clinical trials with CRYSVITA (for consecutive investigation method only)
- Patients who were already taking CRYSVITA before the study start date (for consecutive investigation method only)
