What this Trial Is About

Male factor infertility is a common cause of both primary and secondary infertility, often linked to poor sperm quality as defined by abnormal semen analysis parameters. The effects of dietary supplements such as vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants on sperm quality remain uncertain. This research aims to evaluate whether taking a 90-day course of the "Power Prenatal for Sperm" supplement can improve sperm quality in men with infertility, focusing on changes in semen analysis before and after the supplement use. Participants in this study will be male patients diagnosed with infertility who have recently shown abnormal semen analysis results in at least one of three parameters: low sperm concentration, low progressive motility, or low morphology. They will be given a 90-day supply of the "Power Prenatal for Sperm" dietary supplement, which contains ingredients aimed at enhancing sperm quality. After completing the supplement course, participants will repeat the semen analysis at the same laboratory to compare results. During the study, participants will be carefully followed to measure changes in sperm progressive motility as the primary outcome. Secondary outcomes include sperm concentration and morphology, with all assessments conducted before starting the supplement and after the 90-day course. Data will be analyzed statistically to determine any significant improvements. The total participation time for each person is approximately three months, aligning with the sperm production cycle.
