Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for OCD as the primary diagnosis
- Age between 18 and 65 years
- Score at least 20 on Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS)
- Have never received medication for OCD
- Have not received any psychotherapy for OCD in the past 1 month
- Provided written informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with Schizophrenia Spectrum or other psychotic disorders, or Bipolar and related disorders
- Have moderate or higher suicide risk (≥9 on MINI Suicide Module)
- Severe substance use in the past year that may affect treatment adherence
- Severe depression with Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) score of 29 or higher
- Comorbid psychiatric or medical disorders affecting medication adherence or efficacy (e.g., borderline personality disorder, CNS disorders)
- Pregnant or lactating females
