Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adult patients between 18 and 75 years old
- Diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease according to 2023 guidelines
- Willing to participate and able to provide signed informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Acute or severe IBD with major bleeding, toxic megacolon, severe intestinal stricture, or gastrointestinal obstruction
- Severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction
- Previous colorectal surgery or recent use of medications affecting intestinal motility within one week
- History of stroke, spinal cord injury, or psychiatric disorders affecting compliance
- Allergy to any components of study drugs or meal replacements
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Any other conditions judged unsuitable for colonoscopy by a physician
