The goal of this clinical research study is to learn about the effects of biomarkertargeted therapy on ctDNA in patrticipants with CRC and MRD. This is an observational study. Participants will be monitored while receiving biomarker-directed therapy that is determined by your treating oncologist (cancer doctor) per standard of care, independent of this study.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or female subjects aged > 18 years
- Diagnosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma confirmed by tissue testing
- Stage II-IV disease with no definite signs of cancer after locoregional treatment; small unclear lesions < 10 mm allowed at investigator discretion
- Presence of one targetable biomarker: BRAF V600E mutation, KRAS G12C mutation, MSI-H status, or HER2 amplification
- Positive circulating tumor DNA test more than 21 days after surgery or last adjuvant therapy
- Prescribed standard-of-care targeted therapy matching biomarker status (specific regimens listed)
You will not qualify if you...
- Previous treatment with biomarker-directed therapies including BRAF inhibitors, anti-EGFR antibodies, KRAS inhibitors, anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibodies, anti-CTLA-4 antibodies, or anti-HER2 therapies
- Having another active cancer requiring treatment
- Unable to provide informed consent
- Children are not eligible
- Pregnant women are not eligible
- Cognitive impairment preventing participation
