You may qualify if you...

  • Prepared for extubation through spontaneous breathing trial
  • Oral or nasal endotracheal intubation
  • At least 18 years old
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Extubation without a spontaneous breathing trial
  • Reintubation due to secondary surgery
  • Tracheotomy
