Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Control group: Patients without colitis, cancer, or advanced polyps (3 or more polyps, polyps 1 cm or larger, high-grade adenoma, or villous adenoma)
- TNF-alpha inhibitor-naive IBD group: IBD patients with no history of TNF-alpha inhibitor treatment
- TNF-alpha inhibitor-treated IBD group: IBD patients currently treated with TNF-alpha inhibitors
You will not qualify if you...
- Under 18 years of age
- Treated with antibiotics or probiotics within the last 3 months
