Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients who delivered at NorthShore University HealthSystem with ultrasound images available within 4 weeks of delivery
- Placental pathology results available
- For prospective phase exposed group: singleton pregnancy with fetal growth restriction at 20-28 weeks and first-trimester ultrasound to confirm dating
- For prospective phase unexposed group: routine ultrasound at 36-38 weeks with normal fetal growth and plan to deliver at NorthShore Highland Park or Evanston Hospital
You will not qualify if you...
- Multiple gestation pregnancies
- For prospective phase exposed group: major fetal anomaly
- For prospective phase unexposed group: history of chronic hypertension, gestational or pregestational diabetes, major fetal anomaly, antiphospholipid syndrome, or known thrombophilia
