What this Trial Is About

Bladder cancer includes two main types: non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) and muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). MIBC is more aggressive, harder to treat, and has a higher risk of spreading and poor outcomes. This research aims to evaluate how accurately contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) can detect muscle invasion before surgery to help guide better treatment decisions. The study involves using CEUS to examine patients with confirmed primary bladder cancer who have not yet received surgery, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or other treatments. The goal is to assess the diagnostic performance of CEUS in the preoperative staging of bladder cancer, specifically its ability to detect muscle invasion within a short time frame. Participants will undergo CEUS imaging, and researchers will analyze the results to determine muscle invasion status. The main outcome measured is the detection of muscle invasion within three minutes during imaging. The study includes adults aged 18 to 75 years and monitors safety by excluding those with conditions that could prevent tolerating CEUS or affect accurate diagnosis.
