Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Self-identified as Black or of African descent
- Female
- 18 years old or older
- Baseline blood pressure 130/85 or higher or diagnosed with hypertension and/or BMI 25 or higher
You will not qualify if you...
- Inability to cook in their home
- Cognitive problems that prevent participation or informed consent
- Currently receiving cancer treatment
- Liver or kidney disease
- Pregnancy
- Not proficient in English
