- Screening completed within the University of Florida Health Preoperative clinic
- Presurgical cognitive screening done with the digital Clock Drawing Tool (dCDT)
You will not qualify if you...
- Younger than 65 years of age
- Did not complete screening within the University of Florida Health Preoperative clinic
- Did not complete presurgical cognitive screening with the digital Clock Drawing Tool (dCDT)
