A-prf,Nanochitosan Combined With A-prf Compared to Chitosan for Symptomatic Irreversible Pulpitis of Mature Teeth
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis in mature mandibular molars only
- Patients aged 15 to 30 years, of any gender
- Tooth must respond positively to cold test
- Hemostasis achieved after total pulpotomy
- Tooth is restorable and free from advanced periodontal disease, cracks, and splits
- Patients free from systemic diseases affecting healing
- Patients agree to consent and commit to follow-up
- Patients have mature roots
- No internal or external resorption or periapical lesions
- Soft tissues around tooth are normal with no swelling or sinus tract
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients with immature roots
- Hemostasis not controlled within 10 minutes after total pulpotomy
- Patients with systemic diseases affecting healing
- Patients with periapical lesions or infections
- Pregnant females
- Patients unable or unwilling to participate in 6-month follow-up
- Patients with fistula or swelling
- Patients with necrotic pulp
- Patients of old age
