Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Hospitalized patients aged 65 or older
- Prescribed at least seven medications at admission recorded in the Electronic Patient Journal (EPJ)
You will not qualify if you...
- Terminal patients or those with a short life expectancy
- Patients residing outside the study region
- Patients discharged on the day of inclusion
- Patients who do not speak Danish
