Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18-65 years
- Constipated patients (less than 3 bowel movements per week and/or Bristol Scale type 1 and 2)
- Able to complete the study according to the trial protocol
- Patients who have signed the informed consent form
- Participants have no plans to have children within 14 days prior to screening and within 6 months after the trial and will use effective contraception
You will not qualify if you...
- Use of similar substances affecting results recently
- Changed diet during the study
- Severe allergies or immunodeficiency
- Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy
- Severe diseases of heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, diabetes, thyroid, metabolic diseases, cancers, or immune diseases
- Use of antibiotics within past two weeks
- Severe psychological or mental illness
- Not consuming test samples or missing follow-up making efficacy unclear
- Other conditions deemed unsuitable by researchers
