Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 18 and 40 years old, female, with BMI of 25 kg/m2 or higher
- Willing to undergo follow-up during the intervention period
- Willing to provide two blood, urine, and fecal samples during the intervention
- Willing to take the compound probiotics daily during the intervention
- Good hearing and able to understand instructions during the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Digestive system diseases such as celiac disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease
- Severe neurological disorders including epilepsy, stroke, severe head trauma, meningitis within 10 years, brain surgery, brain tumor, or long-term coma (excluding general anesthesia)
- Current or past treatment for mental illnesses like alcohol/drug dependence, schizophrenia, psychosis, or bipolar disorder
- Taking medication for depression or low mood
- Internal organ failure such as heart, liver, or kidney failure
- Past radiotherapy or chemotherapy
- General anesthesia surgery/procedures within the past three years or planned within the next three months
- History of hepatitis B or C, HIV, or syphilis
