Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or female patient > 18 years
- Metastatic or advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC)
- Patient pretreated with no more than one prior systemic chemotherapy for metastatic/advanced disease
- Availability of an archival representative FFPE tumor sample from primary tumor or metastatic lesion with associated pathology report
- Life expectancy greater than 3 months
- Performance status (PS) score of 0 or 1
You will not qualify if you...
- Curative therapy available
- Any condition contraindicating blood sampling procedures required by the protocol
- Known additional malignancy that is progressing or requires active treatment, except adequately treated basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, or in situ cervical cancer
- Psychological, familial, geographic, or social situations potentially preventing informed consent or compliance with study procedures according to investigator judgment
