Participants recommended for surgery due to tumors or cysts in the pancreas or periampullary region are included in this study. There are no specific treatment groups or interventions, as the study observes and records outcomes over time. During the study, participants clinical data and surgical outcomes are monitored, focusing on overall survival over 10 years as the primary measure. Secondary outcomes include complication rates and the extent of tumor removal radical resection over the same period. The study includes both living participants who provide consent and retrospective data from deceased individuals. The long-term follow-up offers insights into surgical care and outcomes for these conditions.
