Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients
- No previous anti-myeloma treatment
- Age between 18 and 80 years
- No history of cancer
- Ability to provide informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Received therapy for multiple myeloma
- Diagnosed with monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance, smoldering myeloma, nonsecretory myeloma, plasma cell leukemia, amyloidosis, Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia, or POEMS
- Imminent or emerging infection
- Known HIV seropositive status
- Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study
- Known or suspected inability to comply with study protocol
