Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Atrial fibrillation
  • Diagnosis of atrial fibrillation within one year of inclusion
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Duration of atrial fibrillation over one year
  • Acute stressor for atrial fibrillation such as acute ischemic heart disease or infection
  • AF in connection with surgery or thyroid disease
  • Presence of cardiomyopathies, known genetic diseases, or congenital cardiac abnormalities
