Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Atrial fibrillation
- Diagnosis of atrial fibrillation within one year of inclusion
You will not qualify if you...
- Duration of atrial fibrillation over one year
- Acute stressor for atrial fibrillation such as acute ischemic heart disease or infection
- AF in connection with surgery or thyroid disease
- Presence of cardiomyopathies, known genetic diseases, or congenital cardiac abnormalities
