You may qualify if you...

  • Individuals who have had a cancer screening with a suspicious finding requiring diagnostic follow-up or those referred to the UH Seidman Diagnostic Clinic
  • Participants who identify as African American, Hispanic, or live in a zip code with an area deprivation index of 75% or higher for their state
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Participants not willing or able to complete an informed consent form
