Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the prostate confirmed by pathology within one year before study entry
- Prostate cancer stage between cT1c and T3a by exam or imaging
- Gleason Grade Group 2 to 5 (Gleason 7 to 10); if Grade 2, must meet unfavorable intermediate risk criteria
- No lymph node involvement by conventional imaging
- Age 18 years or older at time of consent
- Prior androgen deprivation therapy allowed if started within 185 days before registration
- ECOG performance status of 0 to 2
You will not qualify if you...
- Active scleroderma, lupus, or other rheumatologic diseases that prevent safe radiation therapy
- Previous prostatectomy, cryosurgery, or high intensity focused ultrasound for prostate cancer
- Prior radiation therapy overlapping the current treatment area
- Presence of distant metastatic disease not suitable for definitive treatment
