The diagnosis and outcome of all lesions were based on colonoscopy and pathological examination.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Chronological age 240 years
  • Full capacity for action
  • Ability to complete the Colorectal Cancer Risk Factor Assessment Questionnaire and annual follow-up interviews
  • Ability to provide timely information on tumor diagnosis from other hospitals during the study
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • History of colorectal cancer or other malignant tumors
  • Previous colorectal surgery
  • Currently undergoing any cancer-related treatment
  • Major surgical treatment such as blood transfusion or transplantation within the past 3 months
  • Participation in other interventional clinical studies within the past 3 months
  • Pregnant or lactating women
  • Presence of autoimmune disease, hereditary disease, mental illness, or disability
  • Poor compliance or inability to complete the study
