Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 18 years or older male or female
- Stage IV metastatic or recurrent non-squamous NSCLC newly diagnosed, histologically confirmed, and not suitable for radical surgery or radiotherapy (AJCC V8)
- No prior systemic antitumor therapy including EGFR-TKI or immunotherapy
- EGFR positive in blood or tissue tested in a local laboratory
- Able to provide sufficient blood samples for molecular detection
- Signed informed consent forms available
You will not qualify if you...
- Unable to collect plasma samples at baseline
- EGFR mutant status at baseline not verified by central laboratory
- Refused subsequent treatment with oxitinib
- Investigator believes participation may affect study conduct or judgment of results
