Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Creatinine clearance of 15-50 ml/min by Cockcroft-Gault formula
- Receiving edoxaban 30 mg once daily for more than 5 days
- Treated for non-valvular atrial fibrillation (CHADS2VAS2 score 2)
- Receiving edoxaban for deep vein thrombosis prevention or treatment
- Voluntarily agree to participate and sign informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Younger than 18 years old
- Moderate or severe mitral stenosis with valvular heart disease, mechanical valve replacement, or rheumatic heart disease
- Used cyclosporine, erythromycin, ketoconazole, or other P-glycoprotein inhibitors within 30 days before study
- Using or have used amiodarone or dronedarone within 30 days before study
