Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- ECOG performance status 0 to 2
- Histologically confirmed rare solid tumor including melanoma, soft tissue sarcoma, head-neck tumors, gynecological tumors, Merkel cell carcinoma, thymic carcinoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumors, or urothelial tumors
- All active metastatic lesions must be treated with radical intent using SBRT
- Includes synchronous, metachronous, oligorecurrent, and oligoprogressive oligometastases
- Ablative radiation dose of at least 50 Gy EQD2/10 in up to 10 fractions
- No restrictions on prior or ongoing systemic therapies
You will not qualify if you...
- Prior radiation treatment to the same metastatic site
- Unable to provide informed consent
- Contraindications to stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT)
