Prospective single arm, single center observational study to evaluate Quality of Life (Qol) after stereotactic body radiotherapy for patients with hepatocellular cancer. Patients will receive work-up, treatment and follow-up exclusively as routinely done except additional quality of life measurements. Qol will be measured by standardized and validated EORTC questionaires at different time points during routine follow-up.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Histologically or radiologically confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma
- Presence of 1 to 3 lesions suitable for stereotactic radiation therapy
- Indication for stereotactic body radiotherapy as determined by a multidisciplinary board
- Age 18 years or older
- Provided written informed consent for study participation
- Mental and verbal ability to complete standardized questionnaires as assessed by the investigator
You will not qualify if you...
- Younger than 18 years old
- Prior systemic therapy specific to hepatocellular carcinoma
- Receiving concurrent oncological systemic treatment
- Presence of distant metastases
- Inability to comply with the study protocol or complete standardized questionnaires
- Unable to undergo contrast-enhanced planning CT
- Unable to provide informed consent
- Under legal custody
