This research focuses on adult patients diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension, covering groups 1 through 5. It aims to collect detailed, long-term observational data by enrolling both newly diagnosed and existing patients in a prospective registry. The study also integrates a biobank to support extensive research over many years. Participants will provide body fluid samples when they join and at various points during their treatment with drugs specifically targeted for pulmonary hypertension.
