You may qualify if you...

  • Children age 3 to 21 years
  • Enrollment in a school in Tennessee (private or public)
  • Children eligible for services due to visual impairment or low vision
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Children who do not have the potential to become readers or use their vision for reading
