Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with skin ulcers lasting more than six weeks
- Ulcer size between 0.5 and 10 cm
- Normal platelet count
- Hemoglobin level greater than 10 gm%
You will not qualify if you...
- Known bleeding disorders or taking oral anticoagulants
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Diagnosed malignancy
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Actively infected ulcers with pus, discoloration, fever, or positive cultures
- Ulcers exposing bone without granulation tissue
- HIV, HCV, or HBV infection
- Unwillingness to consent or unrealistic expectations
