Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 18 years of age or older
- Current or former paid or volunteer public safety personnel
- Living in a Canadian province where PSPNET offers the Sleep Course during the treatment period
- Willing to learn information and skills to self-manage sleep difficulties
- Have internet access
- Consent to participate in the Sleep Course, online therapy by PSPNET, and related research
You will not qualify if you...
- Current severe medical or psychiatric disorder (e.g., mania, psychosis, recent hospitalization for mental health concerns, active suicidality, severe substance use, or medical condition interfering with treatment)
- Unable to read and understand English (all content and staff communication are in English)
